ISO partnership questions

Before you begin registration.

The signup form begins a review. It does not by itself create an approved partnership or commission agreement.

Who can apply to become an ISO partner?
ISOs, commercial finance brokers, referral organizations, sales offices, and other merchant-focused businesses may register. Approval depends on FundMelo's review, fit, documentation, agreements, and applicable requirements.
Does registration guarantee approval?
No. Registration begins the review process only. FundMelo may request additional information, conduct due diligence, require agreements, or decline to establish a partnership.
What documents may be requested?
FundMelo may request formation documents, ownership information, tax forms, identification, banking details, licenses, references, marketing practices, compliance materials, and signed agreements.
How are commissions determined?
Any commission, referral fee, split, payment timing, eligibility, clawback, and related terms must be established in a written agreement. This webpage does not establish a specific commission arrangement.
Can an ISO promise approval or terms?
No. Partners should not promise approval, timing, product availability, amount, pricing, or terms. Every submission remains subject to provider criteria and merchant qualifications.
Can I submit merchants before onboarding is complete?
Do not assume authority to submit or represent FundMelo until the relationship has been reviewed, approved, and all required onboarding steps and agreements are complete.
